Hands on healing modalities recommended to be combined with above options or stand alone treatments for individuals or small group. Experience the power of touch, utilizing TCM and Vedic perspective, unveiling emotions and open the myofascial. Online + in person

  • Integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into Meridian Yoga Therapy (MYT) utilizing the meridian pathway as a guide using different techniques to heal the body and mind from physical and emotional pain - rewiring the nervous system by deepening and aligning breathing, focusing on awakening aspects of the mind (yang) and also creating stillness and endurance (yin).

  • The intention is to go deeper, slower, and explore different kind of effort and ease. Using movement, breath, bodywork and acupressure techniques, as the body relaxes, the mind becomes alert and focused, using 50% physical effort and 100% concentration - meditation, the physical body begin to surrender through the breath as the mind becomes bright as the sun. 

  • This is a place where we allow our physical, mental and emotional needs to dive inward and explore. Using the Meridian Yoga Therapy techniques to address individuals intentions and goals, aligning our worlds into one, creating balance in a journey of self healing.

  • Overall wellness support of the physical + emotional pain and injuries, emotional trauma, PTSD, or anyone seeking self improvement and deep dive to Yoga and Meditation.
